Commissioning a murti takes eight steps, from your first enquiry to the crate arriving at your door. The stages below set out what happens at each point and what we need from you.

How a custom order works

Submit request

Tell us the deity, size, material, colour and any reference photos through our custom order form.

Confirm and pay 50% advance

We send a quote within 24-48 hours. A 50% advance payment confirms your production slot.

Receive your murti

After progress photos, your approval, and the balance payment, we crate and ship your finished murti.
